The number of products that contained asbestos were over 3,000. Now, that’s a large, large number. And with each case going back 33 years, we’ve been able to establish a history of what products were used in various settings. For example, we’ve had cases where a teacher, or student, or janitor in a school was afflicted with mesothelioma, and we can go back 20 years or more to a database where we can establish what products were used in that particular school and where the products were used in the building. Then, we can make a link between the new client that we’re now representing and the ones that we represented many, many years ago. In many cases, if the previous client has passed away, we have a deposition with a database where they have given testimony of products that were in their workplace. Then, the current client can avail themselves of that evidence to pursue their own case.
