We have approximately 30 members of our firm; seven of them are lawyers. Approximately eight more are investigators, and then backup people, legal secretaries. Sometimes we have interns that work for us, law interns. Together as a team, those members of our firm take on a case on a team approach. Right from the beginning, they are there to ask the right questions, to answer any questions that a client may have. We have a rule in our Law Firm: when a client calls, they get a call back the same day. Nobody has to linger or wonder whether we’re working on their case. We are able, in spite of the volume of our cases, we are able to respond very quickly to any questions that any clients may have through the duration of their case.
